long time no post....again

no posting here as i have nothing to post about, health is great, home is good, and family very very good. I am also starting a new job tomorrow, Since Harriet I was working 1 day a week at pets at home, - hated it, but i got offered my old job in a nursery back. and i took it with open arms, i will be doing 20 hours a week, one full day and a morning and an afternoon per week, which will bring a bit more cash in, and get me out the house, i am so pleased i will be doing something I actually want to do and i love working with kids, although i much prefer my own but no one is going to pay me to stay at home unfortunately, Harriet is 16 months old and very much mobile! shes my best pal ever! health is fantastic, although i have a friend with cf who is quite poorly and needs a Tx, and she had a false alarm today and it has made me realise i am so very lucky to have good (reasonably) health, all things considering, hope she gets that second chance soon.

harriet has been poorly on and off for weeks and has lovingly given it to me, so i am being admitted on monday 31st for IVs, harriet staying at home with daddy and vairous friends and family to give me a rest, :-( will miss her but i need to be well,

So Harriet is 1....

my baby is finally 1, wow the year has sped by,

we had a lovely day, the morning was spent swimming, and then lunch at soft play, with her swimming friends and their mummies, and then we visited 2 sets of grandparents, she was throughly spoilt and had a good despite having a chest infection and on antibiotics :-(

every minute of the last year i am so thankful for the nhs who have allowed us to be parents to a most special girl,xx

then and now....

19th November 2009- this was the day we were told that our baby would be born on the 1st of december, 5 weeks early due to me having been poorly for the previous 5 weeks... i was feeling excited and scared at the same time....

19th november 2010- my daughter has been to her first friends birthday party, and looked lovely all dressed up, and she will be one in 12 days time... wowee doesnt time fly

I HAVE RETURNED TO WORK ! :-(

yes its true i have gone back to work one day a week so its not all that bad and Harriet goes to a nursery near us for the one day and she loves it so far, xx

i have had a cold but thats all so far and i am hoping to get to the end of the year and have only had 2 x home iv courses!! i have not been as healthy as this since i was about 11 so horray!

oh gosh she is nearly 1....

In three weeks Harriet will be 1 year old. . . words cant describe how i feel, a mixture of saddness that the year has FLOWN by, feeling of love, joy and most of all i feel incredibly lucky, lucky to have had our little miracle when others out there struggle to even get the chance, lucky that she is healthy and CF free, i just feel lucky- we were so lucky that she was our only chance of becoming a family... i think her first birthday i may shed a few tears,

I have just celebrated my 27th birthday and my first as a mummy, and i am just so glad i can say that. we spent some time as a family which was lovely, and all i have ever wanted.

10th november 2009- in hospital at 32+2 weeks pregnant with pleurisy and pneumonia, and away with the fairies on pethedine and tramadol, little did i know that in three weeks my daughter was going to make an apearance..
